Responsibilities:
1. Complete literature review and atlas analysis independently.
2. Proficiently complete the chemical reaction and make a more comprehensive analysis of the results.
3. Undertake the project independently and complete it on time.
4. Submit the closing report in time and fill in the experimental records truthfully and completely.
5. Be responsible for the corresponding laboratory hygiene.
6. Abide by the company's various systems and complete other temporary work delivered by the leader.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in chemistry or pharmacy. Fresh graduates or those who have work experience can provide a work summary.
2. I love organic chemistry and am willing to take organic synthesis as my career.
3. Have strong motivation, responsibility and teamwork spirit.
4. Fresh undergraduate students and those with work experience in outsourcing companies are preferred.
